I just bought a jar of reduced fat Skippy. It says it's 25% less fat. I've tried the all-natural peanut butter from Trader Joe's, and I got to say, it was not as yummy as all those preservatives in grocery store peanut butter. *sigh* Why do delicious things happen to wreck havoc on your body?

Are you familiar with nutritiondata.com?

After reviewing peanut butter and almond butter side by side, I would say the choice is definitely sides with Almond butter.

http://www.nutritiondata.com/facts/nut-and-seed-products/3183/2 (note the serving size here is one cup, but you can adjust the serving size as needed.

vs.

As you can see, the almond butter is much more favorable to your inflammatory/anti-inflammatory profile.
