I&#039;m doing really well. My little Cleaner Life challenge is actually helping with your challenge (I set up to stop mindless eating and bingeing). I&#039;m so much more aware of what I&#039;m eating and the reasons why I crave what I crave. AND I&#039;ve been successful with replacing those foods with healthier (read: white sugar free) alternatives. Love it! :D</description>

		<description>I am so with MizFit on resistance training! It made a huge difference for me &amp; oh so important for bone health AND added benefit of burning more calories.

If you notice people that do a ton of cardio &amp; no weights, when they lose weight, they are a smaller version of before but not necessarily fit looking sometimes. With weights, you can shape &amp; strengthen the body. Also, say for example a pear shape body with more weight in the bottom half but very small at top. With resistance training, you can widen the shoulder &amp; upper back to help balance the bottom among all the other great things resistance training does for you!

See, I preach like MizFit... hopefully not too annoying!</description>
