		<description>Three things I can&#039;t live without for a healthy lifestyle are:
1) bananas - I sometimes feel like I could eat them for every meal and be happy
2) Zumba - This has keeps me looking forward to exercising every week. I don&#039;t know what I&#039;d do without my Zumba classes
3) HRM - I know exactly how many calories I&#039;m burning and I try to push myself a little bit further every day because of it.

1. Sigg Water Bottle *can&#039;t leave home without it!
2. Canned beans- what? yes protein, cheap, quick and the possiblities are endless- burgers, rice dishes, etc. etc.
