Final Q&A with MizFit
Updated to include additional give-aways
Cue the pity parade and *cue the MizFit shaped confetti*
I’m having a bitter fest and it’s all because this is MizFit’s last Q&A session with Jen and me during our two-month challenge. But let’s wipe the tears away with the sleeves covering our bulging biceps and enjoy this last one, shall we?
Question: “Watch your calories. Get your cardio in. Don’t overload on carbs. Do strength training. Eat enough protein. Get enough sleep. Don’t forget Fiber. Your bones need calcium. ACCKKK!!! Stop the madness!!
This being healthy lifestyle, it’s so overwhelming! How do I manage it all? How do I live a normal life and STILL try to make sure I’m getting everything I need to get and doing everything I need to do?”

Can you believe we are almost done with this challenge? Said as it may sound, I am looking forward to August 1st, like it will be some magic moment and the rest of my life begins. Anyone? Hello? Is this thing on?
Yeah, well, healthiness is forever. The challenge is not but healthiness is. You and me Annabel, we are pickin’ up good habits along the way
Love it! Miz makes the healthy life do-able!
Great video – it’s interesting!
Thanks for the Annie’s contest shoutout – good luck!
Great VId – I too will be baaaaack!
I am right where MizFit is in terms of consistency & even posted about it for my blog today.. how weird is that! At 51, I have been at this for at least 25 years & things have changed all along the way but my consistency has allowed me to know how & when to change my routine and food program. I work out more than MizFit but again, it is what works for you & what you can do long term. Saying that, again, both my exercise & food program has changed many times to meet my needs & schedule at that time. BUT consistency is always there & allows me to know my body well enough to know when to make these changes.
Great post, i totally agree with being consistent in what you’re doing to maintain a healthy lifestyle. So good!
Yep, I think she has it right. I don’t have NEARLY the experience at it she does but in the short time I’ve been at this, I’ve found that consistent exercise, consistently being at least mindful of what I’m eating (sure we sometime eat junk food or have a high calorie day, what kills us is when those start to be the norm). I’m just always worried that I’m forgetting something.
BTW, thanks for the comment on my dilemma.
