I have not been very many places so... but I love the warmth & the peace of it all.. if you go to the slower islands where there are less tourists & a time when it is not so busy. We're hoping to head to a place called Fredricksburg for a night later this week, it's a very German-y equivalent to that (quaint, different food, etc). I don't really know about going into ethics on vacation time - it seems a little farfetched to me about not eating plants because they have feelings too. Then what would we eat? I understand the health and ethical benefits of being veggie, but alas, I am firmly in the meat eating corner right now. Just don't give it to me with it's head still on, plz.
