		<description>That sounds amazing!  I&#039;ve made something similarly seasoned (but with meat) and I love it!  I&#039;ve never actually had &quot;thai&quot; food but I&#039;m finding that it&#039;s very similar to indian, which I&#039;ve been making a lot of lately.</description>

I&#039;ve never tried silken tofu before! Just the firm stuff. But if you&#039;ve got the right spices and add-ins, tofu can be fantastic.</description>
