Blog Birthday & Whole Foods Giveaway
Hey guys! A year ago today, I entered the blog world as “the cranky one” with my first blog entry. So, I wanted to wish a happy first birthday to my little blog and give thanks to all of you who have joined me on my journey in documenting my struggles and triumphs as a reformed eater with an evolving healthy lifestyle.
Also, I wanted to show a little video filmed about an emotionally abusive relationship that I think a lot of you can relate to.

This video really encapsulates where I currently stand even after a year of healthy lifestyle blogging, and seven years of learning, reforming, falling down and then dusting myself back off again. The URL mentioned at the end of the video is currently under construction, but it will eventually be up and I’d like all of you to post your own videos giving your own “break-up story” (you’ll see what I mean if you watch the vid!). Thanks to my boyfriend for shooting and editing (and still loving me even though I’m a little…er…eccentric?

I LOVE Whole Foods, and it’s my sole source for some of the best things I use every day, including my chewable calcium citrate, and most of my protein powders. I was just telling the kids this morning that we needed to take a trip out there to get some rice protein and some calcium!

I could spend hours at Whole foods. What is not to love about their products. In fact my father and I ate lunch there and enjoyed it. It was an unexpected treat.

WHOLE FOODS is my 2nd home! I have a cot and dresser in the fish fridge! While it’s rather stinky back there… It’s my favorite place to be in Whole Foods! Everyone at my local store… knows me by name! ha ha! That’s how often I go – I swear I am the one keeping the Whole Foods stock ALIVE! ha ha!
