I love nutritional yeast. The cheezy sauce recipe from Veganomicon is something that I make on a regular basis. My fridge is never without its beloved cheezy sauce!

Yum, I love me some nooch! I put in on everything from toast to tofu scrambles. At least I know I am getting enough B12! As far as block cheese goes, the best one I have tried is called Vegan Gourmet (from the same company that makes Vegenaise) and I think it's pretty tasty. There a couple of new vegan block cheeses on the market that seem really good, but I haven't been able to find them at stores near me.

Haha, Nooch! I love that! I became acquainted with it when my youngest daughter was diagnosed with a milk protein allergy. Nothing dairy could touch her lips without possibly causing anaphylactic shock. Thanks to nooch, I was able to make lots of mac n cheese, pizza and even grilled cheese! Good stuff and a life saver :)

After reading your latest posts, I've been seriously thinking about going vegetarian for Lent. I don't think I could manage the vegan way, but vegetarian I can probably work. One more day to decide...I know...I'm waffling.... :)
