I had mentioned that I “met” Fabe’s at Expo West and was introduced to their mother-load of vegan and gluten-free products:See what I mean?

I took home a box of Fabe’s individual serving cookies & their organic brownie. Ok, I lied. I meant to take “home” the box, but I’d be more honest to say they only got to my car before I started digging in. I was hooked after the first bite of the dark chocolate cookie. These cookies are soft, gooey and pretty damn perfect. Add in the fact that these treats don’t have any fake chemical crap in them and it’s clear that pigs are now flying and I’m at the end of a rainbow with the pot o’ gold. This is obviously why I chose Fabe’s as one of my top 10 best finds from Expo West.
